Order Cancellation Policy
In the event an order must be cancelled, please submit any cancellation via email to dcd@dcourtdesigns.com with "Cancellation" & the Order # in the subject line.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, item number, and a valid email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order, otherwise we cannot process the cancellation. Please provide your specific contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been engraved and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted prior to being engraved, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as being received after the item was engraved, we will not be able to provide a refund. If a mistake on the order has been made and is our fault, we will gladly refund the price or make you another item. If the mistake is not our fault (i.e. incorrect information to be engrave provided) we will not be able to provide a refund. We can however remake another item at additional cost to the customer.
